The Fifth International Itasca Symposium will be held at the University of Vienna (Austria). The Symposium will features the application of Itasca software for solving engineering and scientific challenges in geomechanics, hydrogeology, microseismicity, and more.
Dr. Aglawe is a mining engineer with experience in rock mechanics (hard and soft rock) and in application of advanced numerical modeling for mining and civil projects. He has been involved in the development of models for tunnels, caverns and dams in hydroelectric projects.
InSite-LiteTM is the free version of Itasca Consulting Ltd’s InSite Seismic Processing software suite. Some real-life example demo projects, from ICL's consulting projects, are also provided for reference and can be used with this software. The demo projects can be downloaded from the relevant links located on this webpage. InSite-Lite although provided with limited functionality and features compared to the full InSite software suite, provides the user with the capability to import, process and visualise their data. The table at the bottom of this page provides a summary of the modules and functionality included with the different InSite products. InSite is an integrated seismic data processing, QC, management and visualisation software. It has been developed as a complete software solution for seismological studies, ranging in scale from acoustic emissions in the laboratory, through microseismics around underground excavations and petroleum fields up to regional-scale earthquakes.
