Water Resources Manager

Martin is a civil engineer with over 14 years of experience in water and environmental management, 10 of them in areas of Development and Operations in the mining industry. His work includes planning and management of water resources through 3D hydrogeological numerical models, support in the elaboration of environmental impact assessments and the operation of fluid transport systems (water, tailings and Cu Concentrate), covering among others, the operation of tailing storage facilities and open pit depressurization and dewatering systems with a focus on ensuring pit slope stability with the support of 3D pore pressure numerical models.

Martin specialized in hydraulic, sanitary and environmental engineering at Universidad de Chile and holds postgraduate diplomas in Mining Business Management from Universidad Adolfo Ibañez and Water and Environmental Management from the University of Bristol (PgDip), UK.
