We are seeking a talented and versatile individual to join our team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). In this role, you will be on the front lines of our sales efforts—identifying new opportunities, initiating conversations with prospects, supporting the sales pipeline, and helping expand our global customer base for advanced engineering software solutions.

You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and technical teams to build relationships, uncover customer needs, and help drive revenue growth. Primary position responsibilities include:

  • Identify and qualify new leads through online research, industry resources, and social media.
  • Build and manage lead lists to support targeted outreach and sales campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate and organized data in our CRM, tracking interactions, pipeline stages, and follow-ups.
  • Develop and test new outreach programs to increase engagement and conversion rates.
  • Join sales calls with clients and resellers to support discovery, take notes, and follow up.
  • Assist with quoting, proposal preparation, and identifying new reseller partners.
  • Prepare sales presentations, customer quotations, and supporting materials.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create effective sales collateral and promotional content.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, sales, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of prior experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of sales methodologies and customer engagement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools.
  • Ability to manage your workload independently while contributing to a team environment.
  • Interest in software technology and eagerness to learn the technical side of our products.
  • Curiosity about global eCommerce, digital payments, and subscription-based business models.
  • Ability to work full-time in our Minneapolis office.

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Downtown Minneapolis, in the Barrel House boutique office building overlooking the Mississippi River and Stone Arch Bridge. 100% company-paid parking or bus passes available

  • Talent and skills assessment

Salary $60,000–$80,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and skill set.
